Beatles

By Dr. Paul Mach, DN

As Beatles sang, “ In the end the love you take, is equal to the love you make.”
We pay no price for the life we were given, but we can pay a heavy price for our death.  It is only through the care of the soul, the spirit, the heart, the body, the mind and the love we make, that we can lay our little heads peacefully down and say, “ I pray my lord my soul to take, if I die before I wake.”

The greatest war we all must fight is ultimately with ourselves to see who we truly are, and what are our truths.  To feel and listen at the core of our being to what our reality is.  To embrace these insights, these glimpses of truth are precisely who we really are, and not what we have become.  It is only with the truth of the heart that we can see rightly.  What is essential in today's world is practically invisible to the eye.  Listen to what you know is true.  Follow your heart and your inner intelligence and you will always make the best decisions that you can at that moment, affecting your ultimate destiny, Live with passion in all you do.

“We are our own greatest healer. To heal we can proceed in two ways:
1. We can proceed in fear and all it’s illusions, doing what is perfectly logical, but clearly insane.
                        2. The other shows you only truth, which you will love, and feel love
because you will understand and resonate with it.”
